Please inspect your order upon receipt of your delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sagacity Arts shall replace the product(s) via a 1 to 1 exchange unless mutually agreed otherwise.

Please take a photo of the item(s) that you have received and drop us a WhatsApp to +65 8933 6791 within 7 working days. We will investigate and arrange for an exchange.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For returns and refunds, please return the items to our warehouse at 705 Sims Drive, #02-10. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not.

If you have arranged for the item to be returned via a 3rd party logistic company (Sagacity Arts will not be liable for the fees charged by the 3rd party logistics engaged by the customer), a refund will be made via PayNow to your PayNow number within 10 working days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@sagacityarts.com or WhatsApp to +65 8933 6791.

If you personally return the item to our warehouse, we will inspect the items on the spot and refund you immediately if the items are returned in good condition.
