Yes, we are. We are a registered company in Singapore. Our UEN is 199602825N and we are GST-registered. All our items are ready stocks, unless otherwise stated.
Do you have a retail store?
We do not have a retail store, where you can walk-in to browse and shop. You may shop online instead.
If I need my order urgently, can I self-collect my order?
Yes! You may place your order online and select “Self-Collection” upon checkout. Once we receive your order, we will process it within 1 working day. Once your order is ready for collection, we will inform you via WhatsApp.
Why do you not allow walk-ins?
We do not have a retail store at the moment. We are currently operating fully online. You may contact us to check for any product availability or simply shop online!
I am from a MOE school and would like to place an order. Do you provide E-Invoicing?
Yes, we do. Please email us at email@example.com or you can submit an order online and we will contact you regarding your order as soon as we are available.
I would like to order for a company and I need an invoice. How do I place an order?
For corporate orders, please send in your order through WhatsApp at +65 8933 6791. Otherwise, you can also submit your order online and we will contact you regarding your order as soon as we are available.
I need an invoice for my order. How do I make payment?
You may submit your order online on this website. Once you submit your order, you will receive a quotation. We will contact you regarding your order as soon as we are available. Once you have checked through the quotation and all the items listed are correct, make payment via PayNow or PayLah to UEN / Bank Transfer (BOC), which will be provided to you. This does not apply for E-Invoice.
How much is the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are fixed at $5.99 for orders below $100.00 (before GST).
Free delivery for orders above $100 (before GST) .
Why is your delivery charge so expensive?
We use our own company fleet delivery drivers to deliver your orders. We make sure that your order is delivered in its best condition. For any damaged order received, we will do a free re-delivery / exchange for a new item.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Please take a photo of the item(s) that you have received and send us a WhatsApp at +65 8933 6791 within 7 working days. We will investigate and arrange for an exchange.
