DELIVERY

  • Sagacity Arts shall deliver products in their best conditions to the customers’ assigned delivery addresses.
  • If the Customer has specifically instructed Sagacity Arts to leave his/her delivery outside the door of the address provided, such delivery shall be at the Customer’s sole risk and Sagacity Arts shall not be liable for any missing Products thereafter.
  • LOCAL (Singapore) delivery only.
  • Sagacity Arts will deliver within mainland Singapore.
  • We do not deliver to Jurong Island and other Singapore islands.
  • All deliveries are between 9:00am to 5:00pm from Mondays to Fridays, 10:30am to 2:00pm on Saturdays.​

Note: Please check all items upon receipt of delivery. All issues must be reported within 7 days from date of receipt of delivery.

STORE PICK-UP

  • We do not accept walk-ins to our warehouse but you can choose to self-collect your order.
  • All purchases must be made online.
  • Once order has been placed, give us at least 1 working day to process and pack your order.
  • We will inform you once your order is ready for collection via WhatsApp.
  • If you need your order urgently, drop us a WhatsApp to +65 8933 6791 to check on availability before placing an order.
  • Store pick-up can only be done within our operating hours.
  • We are open Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 5.00pm and on Saturday: 10.30am – 2.00pm.
